Responsibilities: What You’ll Own You will work directly with attorneys and leadership, managing real cases—not just tasks. • Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery (independently) • Manage active caseloads (contested + uncontested matters) • Prepare financial disclosures and declarations • Organize and maintain case files with precision • Coordinate court dates, deadlines, and attorney calendars • Communicate confidently with clients, courts, and opposing counsel • Support trial prep and hearing logistics • Track billable time accurately and consistently • Mentor and support junior team members Qualifications: What You Bring • 4+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience (required) • Ability to draft and file independently • Exceptional organization + time management • Strong communication skills (written + verbal) • Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management tools • Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal oversight Strong Experience In: • Divorce (contested + uncontested) • Custody/visitation • Child support • Adoption Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
