Qualifications: • Experience in family law as a paralegal for at least four years, with a preference for North Carolina experience. • Strong knowledge of North Carolina court procedures and filing systems, ensuring seamless case management. • Ability to draft and prepare family law pleadings, motions, discovery, and financial affidavits with precision. • Proven track record of managing case files meticulously, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date information. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. • Exceptional organization and time-management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously. • Emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with clients, fostering trust and understanding during sensitive times.
