This is an opportunity for a seasoned family law attorney who thrives in a high-volume, low-conflict practice where systems, teamwork, and clear documentation make all the difference Responsibilities: • Independently manage a caseload of 60+ family law matters, keeping cases in steady forward motion and avoiding unnecessary delays. • Guide clients through strategy, negotiations, and resolution while maintaining professional, empathetic communication. • Leverage and contribute to firm systems—using task management, checklists, and workflows to ensure every deadline is met and every client knows the status of their case. • Delegate effectively to support staff and oversee the timely completion of all assigned tasks. • Draft pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and motions with accuracy and efficiency. • Represent clients in mediation, hearings, and trial when needed. • Document everything meticulously—including immediate updates, notes, and tasks entered into the case management system. Qualifications: • Active license to practice law in Georgia. • Minimum of 8 years of family law litigation experience. • Proven ability to independently manage a caseload of 60+ cases while meeting billable hour requirements (1,400–1,600 annually, depending on workload preference). • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented work style, and comfort with documentation-heavy processes. • Experience using a case management system (e.g., Clio) and working seamlessly within a team environment. • A confident, knowledgeable advocate who clients immediately trust—balancing strength with empathy and avoiding unnecessary conflict. • A proactive attorney who enjoys building and refining systems that keep cases on track. Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 yearly
