Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of associate attorneys, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. • Represent clients in family law litigation and trials, ensuring their best interests are prioritized. • Collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney to develop strategic legal approaches for complex cases. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client advisement. • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process. • Participate in mediation and negotiation sessions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients outside of court when possible. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Texas Bar admission. • Experience in family law litigation and trials, with a proven track record of successful outcomes. • Ability to lead and mentor a team of associate attorneys, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. • Proven track record of developing strategic legal approaches for complex family law cases. • Strong skills in legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client advisement. • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents with accuracy and compliance. • Excellent communication skills to maintain open and effective client relationships. • Experience in mediation and negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes outside of court when possible.
