Quintana & Barajas is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal with a background in family law and/or family-based immigration to join our growing San Antonio law firm. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent client service while helping families navigate important legal matters.

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests
Maintain organized case files using case management software (Clio)
Prepare and assemble USCIS applications such as I-130, I-485, I-90, N-400, I-360, VAWA, I-601/I-601A, and U-Visa petitions
Assist attorneys with preparation of family law filings such as name change petitions, divorce, suits affecting the parent child relationship and guardianships
Draft client declarations and organize supporting evidence
Track case deadlines, RFEs, and filing requirements
Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars
Ensure accurate and organized case records
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
2+ years of paralegal experience in immigration or family law
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with legal case management systems (Clio preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information
Full-time position
Hourly pay based on experience
Hybrid work schedule (one remote day per week after training)
This role is best suited for someone comfortable managing multiple active cases and preparing filings with minimal supervision.
