    Our law group is growing, and we are looking for a sharp family attorney who will zealously represent clients in all areas of family law. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and proposed orders. Appear at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials throughout Florida as assigned. Maintain timely client communication and clear documentation in the case-management system. Direct paralegal work, calendar deadlines, and collaborate with the legal team on case strategy. Meet ethical, quality, productivity, and client-service standards. Qualifications: Active, unrestricted membership in The Florida Bar. Family-law litigation experience in Florida. Strong legal writing, negotiation, courtroom, and client-management skills. Ability to manage competing deadlines and a full caseload. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for proceedings when required. Compensation: $101,000 - $159,000
