Our Family Law Firm is growing, and we are looking for a sharp family law attorney who will zealously represent clients in all areas of family law. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have at least 3 years of COURTROOM litigation experience, unaccompanied by a supervisory attorney. The prime candidate can be handed a case file, navigate such a file, and know how to run a family law case from beginning to end. This candidate also has experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence, and is able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. Moreover, the ideal candidate understands that their cases will call them to work beyond regular business hours, in order to manage and prepare for Firm cases. If you are passionate about helping people navigate some of the most difficult challenges they may face in their lives, and are not afraid to work hard, apply today. Our Firm will entertain candidates who lack the required courtroom litigation experience, with the understanding that your pay will be commensurate with such experience.
