The Associate Lead Attorney independently drives legal strategy, executes filings, and represents clients in court with confidence and precision. This is not a support role. It is a case-running role for an attorney ready to be trusted with judgment, responsibility, and outcomes. Responsibilities: Top 5 Responsibilities: • Own Case Strategy and Legal Judgment • Independently determine case strategy and next steps without routine owner involvement. • Produce Filing-Ready Legal Work • Draft motions, pleadings, agreements, and correspondence that are accurate, compliant, and ready to file. • Handle Court Appearances Independently • Appear in court, argue motions, and represent clients without supervision. • Manage Clients and Cases Proactively • Keep cases moving forward and clients informed, oriented, and prepared. • Move Files Through the System • Work effectively with paralegals and staff so cases do not stall internally. Qualifications: • Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association) • Bachelor’s degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are required • Proven record of success in advocating for plaintiffs and defendants • Experience at a legal firm working on family law and real estate issues (determining marital property) for at least 1-2 years is required • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 yearly
