    Position Vision This role exists to own cases end-to-end so the firm owner is no longer the bottleneck. The Associate Lead Attorney independently drives legal strategy, executes filings, and represents clients in court with confidence and precision. This is not a support role. It is a case-running role for an attorney ready to be trusted with judgment, responsibility, and outcomes. Responsibilities: Top 5 Responsibilities:Own Case Strategy and Legal Judgment • Independently determine case strategy and next steps without routine owner involvement. • Produce Filing-Ready Legal Work • Draft motions, pleadings, agreements, and correspondence that are accurate, compliant, and ready to file. • Handle Court Appearances Independently • Appear in court, argue motions, and represent clients without supervision. • Manage Clients and Cases Proactively • Keep cases moving forward and clients informed, oriented, and prepared. • Move Files Through the System • Work effectively with paralegals and staff so cases do not stall internally. Qualifications: • Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association) • Bachelor’s degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are required • Proven record of success in advocating for plaintiffs and defendants • Experience at a legal firm working on family law and real estate issues (determining marital property) for at least 1-2 years is required • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 yearly

    $110,000-$135,000 per year
