Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Advocate for clients by understanding their goals and developing thoughtful strategies • Negotiate settlements and pursue conflict-reducing solutions • Represent clients in court when needed • Provide monthly case updates to clients, summarizing progress and next steps • Collaborate with your mentoring attorney on case strategy • Lead your legal pod, including paralegals and legal assistants, in a supportive way • Review pleadings, motions, agreements, judgments, and orders Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For • Current Washington State Bar license • 3-5+ years of family law experience (trial experience is a plus) • Strong communication, organizational, and client-centered skills • Collaborative, growth-minded, and empathetic approach • Someone who values mentorship, teamwork, and professional development • Motivated to advocate for clients’ best interests, whether through negotiation or court Compensation: $140,000 - $250,000 yearly
