Financial Advisor

Our well established and growing financial firm in Bentonville, AR is seeking to add an Associate Advisor to our Team!

This Associate Advisor will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with company leads from seminars and referrals, as well as existing clients. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service; always putting clients first. Initial duties include working alongside the main Advisor, servicing existing clients, making active outbound calls to set appointments with prospects and existing clients, client relationship building and participation in public seminars to include introducing the main Advisor.

Minimum Requirements:

• College degree
• 2+ years of financial service experience required
• Series 65 and Life and Health required
• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and management skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Experience with CRM preferred
• CFP designation preferred
• CFP reimbursement program

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans
• Assist clients with investments, annuities, life, long-term care, and managed money
• Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
• Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
• Assist main Advisor with meeting individual and team goals
• 2 nights per month required. Typically done by 8pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Advisory fees & insurance commissions

• Bentonville, AR 72712: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Financial concepts: 2 years (Preferred)
