  • Responsibilities

    While this is a remote position, applicants must reside in South Florida. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Associate Attorney with 3-4 years of relevant experience; litigation experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical drafting and interpersonal skills and possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You will work closely with clients, paralegals, senior attorney, and other counsel, playing a key role in all phases of family and marital law matters. Responsibilities: • Draft Marital Settlement Agreements, Parenting Plans, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel • Attend and participate in mediations, client meetings, and court proceedings • Assist in drafting presentations and represent the firm at networking events and functions • Utilize Clio, Family Law Software, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Take initiative in managing tasks, solving problems, and following through thoroughly Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar • 3-4 years of experience practicing family law; litigation experience preferred • Proficiency in Clio, Family Law Software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills • Financial literacy important • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex tasks • Experience drafting client-facing documents and technical writing • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines efficiently Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience
