Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Location: Langhorne, PA Office - 10 mins from NJ border

Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in NJ to join our growing team at our office located just 10 minutes from the New Jersey border. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in New Jersey family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and other family-related matters. If you are passionate about helping families navigate complex legal challenges, we encourage you to apply. Will require travel between PA and NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel to clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and property division.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, petitions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and work to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Maintain thorough records of case progress and client communications.
• Stay updated on changes to family law regulations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of experience practicing family law in Pennsylvania or New Jersey. Primary experience in New Jersey preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Commitment to client service and ethical legal practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have outstanding ethics
• Must have a can do, positive attitude
• Must be able to work with little supervision
• Must be a team player
• Must be willing to write articles, volunteer, and engage oneself fully in the legal community
