Joining other providers? If so how many? In Medical we’ve 8 Doctors (including CMO and Med Dir), 4 PA’s 10 NP’s through our 4 sites and then of course Nurses and Medical Assistants

hours/shifts/weekends/ Call? Doctors have call that rotates between them. We are open M & F 8-5, T,W& Thurs 8 -8.

Comp Range? 36 clinical hours - $225,000/yr or 32 clinical hours for $200k

Any Bonus structure? RVU bonus program – see attachment

seeing all ages? Yes

EMR? NextGen

patients a day? 21-24

relo allowance / Sign on for the right candidate? 20K

Fed student loan repay? Eligibility thru Fed and State application processes.
