Family Medicine NP or PA

Monthly productivity incentives!  Join an expanding primary care practice. Walk into an existing patient panel supporting adults with preventative and chronic care management.  Perform assessments and treatments, including physician examinations, administering medications as prescribed and offering coaching and education.  Outpatient clinic (Monday - Thursday, and 1/2 day Friday).  No weekends.  No call requirement.  Athena EMR.

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• SC license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Total compensation package (up to $150k)
• Guaranteed base salary 
• Monthly productivity bonus (up to $750)
• Sign-on bonus 
• Full benefit package, including 401k
• Generous PTO (17 days first year, including holidays and sick)
• CME ($1500 annually with 3 days)
