Summary: Munson Healthcare is offering a fantastic full-time job opportunity for a certified or certified eligible* Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the exceptional practice at OMH Medical Group – Indian River in Indian River, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be joining a team of experienced, friendly, and highly motivated healthcare providers, clinicians, and support staff who are dedicated to delivering excellent care to their patients and community.

Position Duties/Highlights Include:

• Join the practice of 2 FM providers, 2 pediatric providers, 1 OB/GYN provider and 4 Same Day Care providers.
• Call: Telephone call only. Providers are responsible for their own patients
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Services available onsite: Laboratory, Radiology, Ultrasound, and Mammogram
• Office Hours: Monday- Saturday

Standard Qualifications:

Education / Training:

1. Master’s degree in nursing OR master’s degree in physician assistant studies

Certification, Licensure, Registration :

1. State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license required.
