What You’ll Do:
As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll play a pivotal role by:

• Leading the care team in medical decision-making and mentoring NPs and PAs.
• Providing full-scope primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care.
• Performing minor surgical procedures and coordinating referrals for specialized care.
• Participating in community outreach and health programs to expand access to care.
• Maintaining timely and accurate patient documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Current New York State medical license and DEA certification.
• Board-certified or board-eligible (certification required within 18 months).
• Proficiency in electronic health records and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation: $208,000 - $220,000 annually
