A respected Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient primary care team in Providence. Job Summary

The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan in a collaborative outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside advanced practice providers, physicians, and clinical support staff in a mission-driven environment focused on whole-person care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and routine physicals
• Manage chronic disease and coordinate specialty referrals
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Rhode Island medical license
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Community health, primary care, or FQHC experience preferred
• Passion for serving diverse and underserved patient populations
