Your Responsibilities:
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will:

• Deliver full-scope primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care.
• Serve as a trusted leader within the care team, mentoring NPs and PAs.
• Conduct minor surgical procedures and manage referrals for specialized care.
• Participate in community outreach programs and health initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices to ensure top-tier care.

What You Bring:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Valid New York State medical license and DEA certification.
• Board-certified or board-eligible (certification required within 18 months).
• Strong proficiency with electronic health records and an unwavering commitment to patient care.

Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 annually
