What you WILL DO:

As a Family Medicine Physician , you will be providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages while following established clinical guidelines and maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. You will ensure timely follow‑up, make appropriate specialist referrals, and document all care accurately in the electronic health record. You will also support clinic operations by supervising allied health staff, participating in quality improvement efforts, and identifying any risk‑management concerns. You will stay current in your field through ongoing education and contribute to the overall health and well‑being of the community.

Who YOU ARE:

• A licensed physician (M.D. or D.O.) with completed residency, board certification or eligibility, a Texas medical license, DEA registration, and current CPR certification.
• Someone with prior clinical practice experience and knowledge of public health, urban healthcare systems, medical terminology, and ideally Spanish.
• Skilled in communication, patient‑centered care, critical thinking, time management, confidentiality, interpersonal relations, and proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work some Saturdays, travel locally as needed, maintain liability insurance, and keep required immunizations up to date.
