    PIH Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician (Part-Time) to join our cohesive and experienced clinical team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a supportive, collaborative environment.

    Required Skills

    • Ensure a safe patient environment and adherence to all safety policies.
    • Take thorough patient histories, perform physical exams, make assessments, and provide accurate diagnoses.
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
    • Serve as an expert in disease management and prevention for all ages
    • Order routine labs, screenings, and therapeutic procedures as indicated.
    • Assist with clinical checks and evaluations of Advanced Practice Professionals in the clinic.
    • Administer or prescribe medications within the scope of practice.
    • Document patient care accurately and in compliance with clinical, coding, and billing standards.
    • Strive to become a subject matter expert in Medicare Adult Wellness Visits, HCC coding, CMS STARS, and HEDIS measure capture.

    Required Experience

    • Current California Medical license
    • Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
    • Graduate form an accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
    • Evidence of continuing education and self-development to support license requirements.
    • Board Certification from the American Board of Family Medicine
