Job Summary
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience and interest in both primary care and aesthetics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care and general medical services, while also delivering a range of aesthetic treatments as part of a growing wellness and aesthetics program.
This position requires a provider who is highly detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be responsible for creating and managing individualized care plans, evaluating patient needs, and ensuring continuity of care across both medical and aesthetic services.
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate strong clinical knowledge in family medicine and general practice, as well as competency or strong interest in aesthetic procedures. Excellent communication skills and sound clinical judgment are essential.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care and general medical services to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
Document changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately
Maintain accurate and thorough patient medical records
Perform aesthetic treatments, including (but not limited to):
Body contouring
Radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening
Microneedling
Laser hair removal
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions for both medical and aesthetic services
Ensure safe, compliant, and effective delivery of care in accordance with clinical protocols and scope of practice
Qualifications
Currently licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the state of employment
Experience in primary care, family medicine, or general practice preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills
Interest or experience in aesthetics strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license required
First Aid/CPR or ACLS certification required
