A growing community-based private practice in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) to support pediatric and women’s health services in a fast- paced outpatient setting.

The practice serves families in the surrounding neighborhood and is located near P.S. 075, creating strong demand for pediatric visits, school physicals, and preventive care.

Schedule • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation $70 – $73 per hour

Clinical Responsibilities • Pediatric well visits and sick visits • School, camp, and sports physicals • Women’s health visits, including Pap smears, contraception counseling • Preventive screenings and patient education • Acute care management • Vaccine review and administration • Accurate EMR documentation

Requirements • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) • Minimum 3,600 clinical practice hours completed • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program • Active New York State NP license • DEA registration • BLS certification required • PALS preferred, but not required • Knowledge of the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
