A respected Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its outpatient primary care team in Providence. Job Summary

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan in a collaborative outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside physicians and clinical support staff in a mission-driven environment focused on whole-person care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $135,000–$140,000
• 240 hours PTO

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform wellness exams and preventive care visits
• Manage treatment plans and coordinate referrals
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required
• Active or eligible Rhode Island NP license
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health preferred
