About Us Get Well Clinic is growing across Texas, and we’re excited to expand our College Station team! We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) ready to make an impact while growing with a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.
In this role, you’ll provide family medicine care to patients of all ages and take an active role in our expanding medical weight management program. This is a great opportunity for an FNP who enjoys building relationships with patients, promoting healthier lifestyles, and being part of a practice that is continuing to grow and evolve
What You'll Do
Provide primary care to patients across the lifespan: acute visits, chronic disease management, physicals, and preventive care
Evaluate and manage weight loss patients, including GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide), dosing adjustments, and follow-up
Diagnose, treat, and prescribe
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
Manage common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and thyroid disorders
Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence
Document visits accurately and on time in the EMR
Work closely with medical assistants and front office staff to keep clinic flow smooth
What We're Looking For
Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited FNP program
Active Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority
National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Family practice and/or weight management experience strongly preferred
EMR experience (Practice Fusion is a plus)
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends, no call
