Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Outpatient Family Medicine

A well-established, family-owned outpatient practice in Santa Maria, CA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their collegial and down-to-earth team. Position Overview:

• Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine (Ages 12+ to geriatrics)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Patient Load: 14–17 patients/day
• EMR: Athena Health
• Call: Shared with 2 other providers (1 in 3 weeks)
• Admin Time: 5–7 paid hours/week
• Additional: Occasional coverage of co-located MedSpa (separately compensated)

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $135,000–$150,000 depending on experience
• Bonus: Sign on bonus and retention bonus
• CME Allowance: $1,500 + 3 days
• Malpractice: Covered with tail
• 401K: 4% employer match
• Other: Health insurance reimbursement, cell phone stipend, license renewal reimbursement

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified (FNP or PA)
• Positive, professional, team-focused attitude
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Open to new grads and experienced providers
• Must be vaccinated and licensed in CA
