Primary Healthcare Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric and adult patients

Perform physical exams, wellness visits, and preventative care

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests

Develop and manage patient-centered care plans

Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate

Refer patients to specialists when necessary

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Active DEA license or ability to obtain

Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills

Passion for community-based healthcare
