Family Nurse Practitioner

Act as a "Lead" FNP.   Outpatient clinic (Monday - Thursday, and 1/2 day on Fridays), no evenings, no weekends.  On call (phone consults) rotation schedule (every 6-7 weeks/annually) Support a diverse multi-cultural patient panel.   Assesses patient with history taking, physical examination and diagnosis of health development problems.  See patients of all ages for preventative and chronic care management.  Provide community outreach activities by educational and/or screening sessions.  eClinical EMR.

Bilingual (Spanish) proficient a plus!

Requirements:

• BC-Family Medicine
• 3 years experience preferred
• GA license, or eligible
