Family Nurse Practitioner
Join an expanding outpatient Ambulatory department with currently 9 providers. Flexible days and hours. Clinic is open Monday - Friday, no evenings, no weekends. Fast-paced/high volume acute care practice. Treat adolescent and adult population. No hospital call. Only "light" phone call 1:3. Cerner EMR.
Hospital-employed position. Support an underserved community. Department offers wrap-around services include on-site labs, pharmacy assistance programs, social workers, and care navigators. Affiliated with a non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio.
Requirements:
- BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- OH license, or eligible
Compensation:
- Guaranteed base salary (up to $130k/DOE)
- Productivity incentive (up to $20k annually)
- Signing bonus ($5k)
