    Job description:

    Fusion Medical Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FNP/PA) who is licensed in Arizona to join our medical practice in a beautiful central Scottsdale. FMC is a primary care practice where conventional and integrative/functional approach for patients well-being is accessible. Our medical facility is dedicated to providing top quality care to our patients of all ages. It's a hybrid practice with insurance and cash based patients where traditional and preventative, holistic medicine is available to help our patients and the community live healthier, more productive lives.

    Responsibilities:

    Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries

    Provide comprehensive primary and family care services to patients of all ages

    Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures

    Supervise Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

    Evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements

    Diagnose, prescribe and administer medications in accordance with state and federal statutes

    Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care

    Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments

    Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and family practice

    Experience in aesthetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, RF microneedling)

    Qualifications:

    Current and unrestricted AZ Advanced Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant active AZ license

    Experience in preventative/wellness services (BHRTs, IV therapies, aesthetics) is preferred

    At least 3 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

    Experience in family/primary care medicine

    Experience working in a private family medicine practice is a must

    EClinical experience is preferred

    Experience in functional medicine and aesthetics are preferred

    Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient education abilities

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

    BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred

    Compensation will depend on years of experience, level of dedication among other factors.
