Family Nurse Practitioner

We are actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a Federally Qualified Healthcare System in Schenectady, NY.

The Position: We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner. Your package would include a very competitive salary of $115,000 to $125,000 depending on experience.

• 4 Weeks PTO

Requirements:

• Current New York License Required
• Performing Health Assessments
• Treatment and Care Coordination
• Patient Education
• Community Connections
• Some Telehealth and Home Visits (Rare)

Responsibilities:

• Monday- Friday – Flexible Hours
• 20 to 25 Patients per day
• Full Support Staff
