    Large international family investment office seeks an experienced Executive Assistant (EA).

    The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of applicable experience, a proactive disposition, detail-oriented work style, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

    The primary day-to-day responsibilities will include communications with internal staff and external contacts, management of email accounts, management of scheduling and business calendars, monitoring and coordination of internal projects, event planning, travel, and office management.

    Prior experience managing multiple email accounts will be heavily weighted when selecting candidates for interviews.
