Financial Analyst – Private Family Office

The Connexa Search Group is recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join a private family office supporting various financial initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership on a blend of corporate finance, investment research, and charitable program analysis. The position is ideal for someone seeking exposure to strategic decision-making and long-term wealth management in a family office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update financial models to assess operating performance, investments, and new business opportunities.
• Conduct research and financial analysis to support investment strategies, portfolio monitoring, and capital allocation decisions.
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership and board meetings.
• Assist with due diligence and valuation analysis for new or existing investments.
• Collaborate with accounting, investment, and foundation teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, investment analysis, corporate development, or consulting. 5+ years is ideal
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
