A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Western New York is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Family Planning and Reproductive Health team. The Family Planning Provider will deliver comprehensive outpatient reproductive and sexual healthcare services in a modern clinical setting.
