    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our team in Dundee, FL. This position is an outpatient-only role providing comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for diverse populations.

    This physician will serve as a clinical leader and collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff to improve health outcomes within our community. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient call and supports Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment programs — including up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Compensation: Up to $220,000 Per Year based on experience
    • Up to $75,000 through NHSC for a 2-year commitment
    • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
    • Relocation Assistance: $1,000 (in-state) | $3,000 (out-of-state)

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Clear and active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain before start date
    • Valid DEA registration and BLS certification
    • Eligible for medical staff privileges and malpractice insurability
    • Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
    • Computer literacy and comfort with EHR systems required

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including:
    • Preventive and health maintenance care
    • Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
    • Patient education and counseling
    • Review diagnostic reports (labs, imaging, EKG, etc.) and follow up appropriately
    • Enter and maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and documentation in EHR
    • Ensure accurate coding for billing that reflects care provided
    • Adhere to established clinical guidelines, care pathways, and quality initiatives
    • Facilitate referrals and coordinate with specialty services and social support resources
    • Participate in peer reviews, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to support clinical team members
    • Advise and assist ARNPs/PA-Cs as needed under established protocols
    • Assist with development and review of clinical protocols and patient education materials
    • Represent the organization in community programs and outreach as needed
    • Rotate to other centers or provide Saturday/off-hour coverage as needed
    • Support recruitment and onboarding of new physicians and clinical staff
    • Maintain a professional appearance and foster a cooperative work environment
