Family Preservation Services (FPS) of North Carolina has collaborated with Pathways.
FPS Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Intensive In-Home Team Lead (IIH TL), under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director and/or Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing assessment and therapy services for children who are eligible for IIH services and their families. IIH Lead Therapist is responsible for oversight, coordination, management, support, and facilitation of the IIH service definition requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of a college or university with a Master’s Degree in a human service field. The individual must hold an unrestricted license issued by a licensing board in one of the following disciplines: psychology, psychiatry, social work, or counseling (LCSW, LPC or LMFT)
OR
A graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in a human service field. Provisionally Licensed by the Social Work Board or Board Eligible by the NC Counseling Board or an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Associate Licensure as a LCSW, LPC or LMFT)
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
This position requires travel of approximately 80% of the time
