We are seeking a Crisis Intervention Counselor. The Crisis Intervention Counselor direct services to include: treatment plan development and implementation with children, adults, and families and crisis counseling through the use of proper therapeutic interventions. The Crisis Intervention Counselor works independently in an office setting and/or in the community; utilizing creative clinical interventions based on best practice models and learned counseling techniques to work effectively with children, adults, and families. Full Time employees will attend a company paid offsite on-boarding/training upon hire.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of verified direct work/internship experience, acquired working with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment

Must be Licensed Type in the state of Virginia (i.e LPC, LCSW), or eligible for licensure
