FPS is seeking a Regional Director who leads with care and inspires a shared purpose that promotes positive culture and the professional growth of our staff; has clinically sound practices that ensures that children and families are set up for success; and has a fiscal understanding and ability to evaluate data, make decisions and adapt to the business metrics of human services and managed care.
Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of a degree in a Human Services field and be knowledgeable of:
CMHRS programs governed by DBHDS and Medicaid
FAPT/CPMT funded programming
DJJ funded programming
