About your Role: As our Clinical Director, you will work as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, serving as a critical component of care to adults with severe mental illness. This role will support our outcome-based program requirements and manage the overall clinical quality of our programs, to ensure they maintain fidelity, meet medical necessity, and are trauma informed using a person-centered approach. You will oversee our program service line operations to maintain their effective quality, track contract deliverables, benchmarks, and key performance measures, and ensure the region meets fiscal and budget targets. Our Clinical Director will represent Family Preservation Services in the community, with stakeholders, and other professional organizations, building relationships and new business lines and services. This position is a managerial role for supervisor level staff, and assists with hiring new talent for teams and provides some secondary on-call rotation back-up.
What is the ACT Program? Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) was created in the 1970s and is one of the oldest and most widely researched evidence-based practices working with severe mental illness adult clients. By providing person centered assistance including housing, recovery, vocational support, nurse/psychiatrist and therapist services, we enable clients to eventually transition to lower levels of care programs or move toward independence, increasing their quality of life.

What we’re looking for:
Louisiana licensed as LPC, LCSW, LPC-S, or LCSW-BACS
Valid state driver’s license in good standing
Preferred:
2 or more years of post- Masters’ clinical experience
2 or more years of management experience
Experience with Medicaid funded programs
