Family Preservation Services (FPS) of North Carolina has collaborated with Pathways.
FPS Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Outpatient Plus Qualified Professional (QP) under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director or Designee, is responsible for the provision of therapeutic services to consumers enrolled in the Outpatient Plus Program with Family Preservation Services of North Carolina, Inc. The Outpatient Plus Qualified Professional is responsible for providing community-based rehabilitative services and interventions necessary to treat children and adolescents to achieve their mental health and/or substance abuse recovery goals and to assist parents and other caregivers in helping the identified consumer build resiliency.
The Outpatient Plus Qualified Professional position will operate under direction and supervision of the Regional Director, Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor or Designee. Supervision will be provided at least monthly. Consumer-specific Clinical supervision will be provided by the Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, or designee throughout the month, at least weekly.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Baccalaureate Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field. Has 2 years of MH/DD/SA experience providing direct service to the population served. All individuals must be credentialed as a QP by meeting the requirements specified for Qualified Professional status according to 10A NCAC 27.G.0104.
OR
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field. Has 1 year of MH/DD/SA experience providing direct service to the population served. All individuals must be credentialed as a QP by meeting the requirements specified for Qualified Professional status according to 10A NCAC 27.G.0104.
OR
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Baccalaureate Degree or a Master’s Degree in a field unrelated to human services. Has required number of years of MH/DD/SA experience providing direct service to the population served (4 years for bachelor’s, 2 years for Master’s). All individuals must be credentialed as a QP by meeting the requirements specified for Qualified Professional status according to 10A NCAC 27.G.0104.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
This position requires travel of approximately 50% of the time
