    FPS Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Intensive In-Home Team Lead (IIH TL), under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director and/or Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing assessment and therapy services for children who are eligible for IIH services and their families. IIH Lead Therapist is responsible for oversight, coordination, management, support, and facilitation of the IIH service definition requirements.

    $500 Sign-On Bonus offered

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatry or a related human services field and has one (1) year of MH/DD/SA experience providing direct service to the population served

    License or Associate Licensure as a LCSW, LPC or LMFT
