    The Clinical Director is a master’s level licensed professional responsible for oversight of all clinical operations associated with the provision of MH/DD/SA services.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Perform all duties and responsibilities in adherence to company policies and procedures including: FPS Employee Handbook, FPS NC State PPs and Caiyalynn Burrell Child Crisis Center’s.

    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the provision of clinical services through adherence to rules contained in: Clinical Coverage Policies, Records Management and Documentation Manual, Incident Response and Reporting Manual, Person-Centered Planning Manual, Confidentiality Rules, Client Rights Rules, other General Rules found in North Carolina Administrative Code, Council on Accreditation Standards, and program audits.

    Coordinate with the Director and other key administrative staff in the development of facility specific policy, procedure, and workflows. Ensure adequate feedback loop between clinical staff and administrative staff.

    Provide direct supervision to, or ensure the supervision of clinical staff. Ensure documentation of all clinical supervision activities.

    Provide input into the design, and ensure development and delivery of staff training modules. Ensure ongoing assessment of staff training needs.

    Ensure and document performance-based feedback to clinical staff. Identify and track staff performance issues. Monitor plans of corrective action.

    Assist with the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of practice guidelines and treatment protocols employed in service delivery. Identify and implement, as appropriate, best practice protocols. Manage fidelity to service models and service quality.

    Ensure appropriate diagnosis, assessment, treatment and referral for all individuals served.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in one of the following discipline categories: social work, psychology, or counseling.

    Full licensure under a North Carolina governing board regulating a human service profession.

    Two or more years of experience in diagnosing, treating and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of MH/DD/SA populations.

    Preferred Candidate can provide credentialing supervision for LPC-A, LCAS, and CSAC licensed staff
