About your Role:
Working under general direction, supervises, coordinates and provides Intensive In-Home Services activities for consumers of all ages receiving treatment from Family Preservation Services. Services are provided in accordance with the philosophy, mission, standards, policies, and procedures of the mental health service and as ordered by the physician. The Intensive In-Home Team Member QP reports directly to the Intensive In-Home Services Team Leader.
Does the Following Apply to You?
Graduate of a college or university with a Master’s degree in a human service field and has one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/ DD/ SAS experience with the population served or;
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field and has two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/ DD/SAS experience with the population served.
