One of the most rewarding jobs in the world is helping to preserve one’s family. As a Clinical Specialist II for our Intensive In-Home Program your goal is to support and develop family structure and prevent children from an “out of home” placement, or in some cases support a family and child that may be transitioning back into their home. You will use your education, training and skills to implement proper therapeutic interventions, offer parent skills training, and serve as a liaison, advocate, and coordinator of other service offerings that will better the child and family’s chances for ongoing success in the home. Full Time employees will attend a company paid offsite on-boarding/training in Roanoke, upon hire.
Qualified Mental Health Professional - Children (QMHP-C)

Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Services Field
1500 documented hours of experience working with Children that has been diagnosed with a mental illness
Master’s Degree in the Human Services Field (Preferred)
500 documented hours of experience working with Children that has been diagnosed with a mental illness
This position does require a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and crisis response to our clients.
