    The Clinical Specialist I provides direct care services to individuals in our Behavioral Treatment Program. As a Clinical Specialist I for this program you will support children, adolescents, and families impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. This position requires a significant level of patience and ability to support those whom have exhibited a need for behavioral support, skills training, and goal oriented interventions designed to assist with pro-social skills development and adaptive functioning. The Clinical Specialist I implements behavioral activities in the individuals home, school and community settings. Full Time employees will attend a company paid offsite on-boarding/training in Roanoke, upon hire.

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Services - preferred

    Experience working with youth one-on-one, experience in presenting a skill building or social development program

    Experience and knowledge related to behavior management techniques.

    Requirements:

    This position does require a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and crisis response to our clients.

    Must have own vehicle for transportation of clients, and must be able to provide their own transportation to and from their assigned place or work.
