The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical functions in order to provide administrative support for the regional office staff and visitors, to include but not limited to, setting up interviews, check references and interview packets; prepare and process new hire packets, training schedules and orientation materials; setting up new accounts, process administrative updates, maintain employee files in office. Full Time employees will attend a company paid offsite on-boarding/training in Roanoke, upon hire.
Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of office administration, medical records or related field. Proof of education, references and background check will be required prior to employment.
