About your role:

Multi-systemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence-based treatment intervention model for troubled youth that has proven to have long-lasting impacts on the lives of youth involved in the juvenile justice system, and their families. As a supervisor, you’ll work with a small team of dedicated therapists who work in the community to address juvenile delinquent behaviors, empower families to address problematic behavior, and help youths make life-transforming changes. You will lead the team, providing hiring, evaluation, caseload assignment, clinical outcome data, supervision, and support. You will collaborate with stakeholders, the MST Expert, and manage a personal caseload if necessary to support the team. Do the following apply to you:

LCSW, LMFT, LPC licensure in Virginia

Clinical experience treating delinquent and anti-social behavior in youth. Experience utilizing Individual, Marital, and Behavioral therapies. Ability to provide group and individual clinical supervision

Interest in working a flexible schedule if needed
