    Transitional Assertive Community Treatment (TACT)

    TACT is a subset of ACT, serves consumers from 18-29. TACT help those who have not been successfully engaged in services and/or those who have not benefited from traditional mental health services.

    About your Role:

    The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and/or family therapy using therapeutic interventions that are driven by the needs, wants, and desires of the client, and, as dictated by the client’s Treatment Plan. The Therapist serves as the leader, director, and coordinator of the treatment team (staff) providing services to the client. The Therapist conducts the Clinical Assessment and develops the initial Treatment Plan. The Therapist is responsible for ongoing monitoring of the Treatment Plan, the ongoing assessment of the client’s needs; and making adjustments to the Client’s Treatment Plan as needed. The Therapist is responsible for all functions related to coordinating, managing, supporting, and facilitating appropriate services to meet the needs of clients and families.

    Does the Following Apply to You?

    Master’s Degree in Human Services (Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health or Social Work, etc.) and 2 years of experience working with the severely mentally ill

    Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Psychologist (PSY)

    Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

    Bilingual Spanish preferred
