Qualifications: • Experience in family and probate law, with a strong understanding of Texas legal statutes. • Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies. • Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision. • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements for clients. • Ability to present cases effectively in court, demonstrating strong advocacy skills. • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and provide clear legal advice. Compensation: $100,000+ yearly DOE plus bonus
