Compensation & Growth: Attorneys will receive commission for originating cases and for exceeding minimum billable hour requirements. After six months of consistently meeting performance expectations, the firm will also consider implementing a bonus structure. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in family and probate, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, actionable legal advice. • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. • Prepare and present cases in court, demonstrating strong advocacy and litigation skills. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide informed counsel to clients and colleagues alike. Qualifications: We Are Seeking: • A dependable, licensed attorney with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. • Someone who delivers outstanding client care and communicates clearly and professionally. • A proactive thinker—creative, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow within the firm. • An individual with a strong interest in networking, relationship-building, and maintaining a professional presence on social media. • 3 plus years of relevant legal experience. • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with both in-office and remote flexibility. • A team player who values a family-oriented, people-first workplace culture. • Commitment to long-term professional growth within the firm.
