Job Title:
Community outreach representative for local animal shelters
Job Summary:
The door-to-door representative will be responsible for visiting homes in a designated area to offer a free curb painting service and solicit donations for a specific charity or non-profit organization. This individual will be responsible for presenting the organization's mission and goals, answering any questions potential donors may have, marking the curbs with tape, and collecting donations.

Responsibilities:
- Visit homes in a designated area to offer a free curb painting service and solicit donations
- Present the organization's mission and goals to potential donors
- Answer any questions potential donors may have
- Mark curbs with tape on the interested homes
- Coordinate the painting schedule with the designated painter
- Collect and deposit donations after every shift
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly fundraising goals
- Provide daily reports on the activities and results of fundraising efforts
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Experience in fundraising or customer services is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to walk door-to-door for extended periods of time
- Must be able to carry a roll of tape
Work Schedule:
- This is a part-time or full-time position, with flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
